Disclosure Reporting for Real Estate Transactions
In today's Real Estate marketplace, it is extremely important to provide potential buyers with full disclosure of issues that may be associated with your property. Island Inspections Group can create a report that clearly presents any geologic or archeologic issues that may be present on your property. You may also desire the use of our services to generate an "all clear" report of your property to assure potential buyers that the land has been inspected for archaeologic and geologic issues and none were found.
